Bulky-goods transport
Bulky goods begin where parcel dimensions, standard handling or ordinary kerbside delivery are no longer sufficient. VELTORIS reviews each request using the actual shipment data and plans transport, handling and delivery as one connected process.

We do not publish a misleading blanket maximum size. External dimensions, actual weight, centre of gravity, stackability, packaging, loading access and the conditions at collection and delivery determine feasibility. Complete shipment data enables a specific assessment.
Subject to a positive feasibility review, we organise transport within Germany and cross-border EU routes. Both addresses, access conditions and handover points are checked before an order is accepted.
Transport planning
Depending on the shipment, planning may include a tail lift, pallet truck, forklift, crane or level loading. Available equipment, access width, floors, ramps and fixed time windows must be stated in the request.
Packaging must account for weight, sensitive surfaces and intended lifting or securing points. Loose parts must be secured; edge protection, cushioning or a suitable crate is agreed individually for sensitive goods.
Price is based on distance, cargo space, weight, vehicle and handling equipment, access, timing, additional services and available capacity. The quotation is therefore prepared only after the complete transport data has been reviewed.

Not automatically. Kerbside, ramp, point-of-use, floor and any carrying or assembly services are clearly defined in the individual quotation.
We need dimensions, weight, quantity, photos or a goods description, packaging type, collection and delivery address, access conditions, available handling equipment and the required time period.
