Furniture transport
Transport large furniture to match the delivery situation.
Whether it is a cabinet, table, sofa, reception desk or high-value individual item, the journey is only one part of the job. Surface protection, secure restraint, door and stair dimensions and the required handover point must be clarified before collection.
Dimensions and weights
We do not promise blanket maximum dimensions. We assess the packed furniture dimensions and weight, whether it can be dismantled, tilt and stacking restrictions, and door, corridor, lift and stair dimensions at the destination.
Collection and delivery
Subject to a positive feasibility review, we organise transport within Germany and cross-border EU routes. Both addresses, access conditions and handover points are checked before an order is accepted.

Loading and handling equipment
Depending on weight and access, a tail lift, pallet truck, furniture dolly, carrying crew or equipment on site may be used. Delivery to upper floors, point of use or assembly is included only when expressly agreed.
Packaging and load restraint
Edges, glass, lacquer, fittings and moving parts require suitable protection. Furniture blankets alone are not sufficient for every item; cardboard, foam, edge protection, film or a crate may be required for long routes or delicate surfaces.
How the price is determined
Price depends on distance, volume, weight, dismantled state, access, required personnel and equipment, handover point and timing. Photos of the goods and access conditions improve quotation accuracy.

Is VELTORIS a removals company?
Our focus is planned transport of large individual items and goods, not full household moves. Extensive dismantling, packing or assembly must be reviewed and agreed separately.
Can delivery be made into a home?
This may be possible after review but is not an automatic standard service. Floor, lift, carrying distance, narrow points, parking and carrying requirements must be provided in advance.
How is delicate furniture protected?
Packaging and load restraint depend on surface, weight, shape and sensitivity. Existing packaging is reviewed and any additional measures are stated in the quotation.
