Long-goods transport
Transport long goods without improvised overhang.
Pipes, profiles, strips, panels and long components require sufficient loading length, defined support points and restraint against sliding, rolling or bending. Vehicle and loading method are selected to match the actual transport dimensions.
Dimensions and weights
We do not publish a blanket maximum length. Transport length, cross-section, weight per item, total weight, bundling, deflection and permitted support points determine the appropriate vehicle and restraint.
Collection and delivery
Subject to a positive feasibility review, we organise transport within Germany and cross-border EU routes. Both addresses, access conditions and handover points are checked before an order is accepted.

Loading and handling equipment
Side, rear or top loading must be established in advance. Forklift tines, crane spreader, lifting straps and loading deck must suit the length and centre of gravity. The unloading route at destination is checked before the order is accepted.
Packaging and load restraint
Bundles require load-rated strapping and suitable bearers; sharp-edged or sensitive parts need edge protection. Rolls and round stock must be secured against rolling. Packaging must not suggest unsuitable lifting points.
How the price is determined
Length and occupied deck space affect price, as do weight, loading direction, handling equipment, distance, timing and unloading conditions. Complete dimensional sketches or photos support accurate calculation.

What lengths are possible?
This is assessed individually. Length, weight, cross-section, support points, bundling, vehicle access and unloading capability all matter. Only then can feasibility be confirmed.
May long goods extend beyond the loading deck?
Overhang is never improvised. Permissibility, marking, restraint and vehicle selection must be checked in advance and included in the transport concept.
Can a single long item be collected?
Individual items can also be requested. Economic and technical feasibility depend on route, length, timing and available capacity.
